Im not, im of work this week and next, yeeaahhh!!!

Are you wanting the mortgage company to repossess the house then?

My old house has just been repo'd, the mortgage company found me quite easily, but they are not bothering me until the house is sold then they will want £10,000 minimum off me

If they continue to call you at work tell them if they call again they are in breach of OFT guidelines you WILL be contacting them to report the company...usually does the trick

House is up for sale now at £10,000 less than my mortgage amount so when they finally sell the house they will come looking to me for the shortfall.

The shortfall will also have fees and charges added to it
