    Interview tips,

Like others said read the job spec as the questions will be tailored to it. Thing of possible answers to likely questions ie "how would you deal with an awkward caller etc".

Dont show up too early. Get to the building about 10/15mins early but I would always wait in the car and calm my nerves before walking in 5mins before it begins.

Shake hands when you meet the interviewer with a big smile and try to make eye contact throughout your answers.

If you dont know the answer to the question just be honest.

Normally they will ask "Do you have any questions". Think of some that show you understand the roles of the job, or if you dont have any I normally say "No I think we've covered everything but I'd like to say thanks for giving me an opportunity to come in and discuss my application further".

If you dont get the job ask for feedback on your interview. A good interviewer will suggest where you would improve for future vacancies.
