To be honest I think they had sold out from the venue's own website before the ticketmaster sales even opened. Thanks to savetospend's post I managed to get them before the ticketmaster email which is lucky as I'd never have got them that way! After his Saturday date in Glasgow his next gig is the Friday after that so I'm guessing that given the fact they sold out so quickly it's very likely there will be another date in Glasgow (just look what happened with Billy Connolly). Keep checking the sites and even this post as I'm sure if anyone hears of extra dates they will post back here.

Yeh, Id agree with Cheapchick, I think they were practically gone before ticketmaster sold them. But fingers crossed for you Happydaze that you get them. Also, sign up to his mailing list as thats how I found out in advance that the tickets were going on sale. That why you might hear there first.

Agreed, we saw him in Bedford and i'd heard 99.9% of it before, really dire! Jimmy Carr was also rubbish live imo, but we've seen Russell Howard twice, 6 months apart and he only did one joke the same, I had a sore face and tummy from laughing so much! His support act did the same set each time though:rolleyes:

Got some for Preston Guildhall Nov 18th....hadn't realised it was 2010 but still glad to get them something to look forward to in er....16 months.

Phoned to get mine and the nice lady said

"Would you like to be on the front row?"

I politely declined and decided three rows back might be safer

We got 2 tickets for New Theatre Oxford next year in October, I think this must be the first lot to go on sale as I got Stalls - Row A - Seats 16-17... I believe this is the front row!! Eeek!

There's still single seats avaialable at Glasgow Kings on the Sat night. No use to me though!
