OKay - perhaps I'm being a bit dumb, but I still need clarification! I'm have a Virgin PAYG phone. I dont buy their 'bundles' though - I just add £30 of regular credit to my phone, and when it runs out, add another £30, etc.
Am I still eligible for the free texts? Or is it only contract customers and those PAYG customers that buy the 'bundles'?
Cheers

Hi aime,
Thanks a lot :T and congrats on your 100th! I noticed in your original post that you said:
"u get up to 1000 free texts every month". If we don't have to do anything and will receive the free texts automatically, should we each check with virgin, to see how many we've been allocated? rm

Hi,
Just to clear the matter up, "upto" just means as many as you like upto 1000 a month. No set amount.

I'd noticed my credit wasn't disappearing as fast as normal! Thanks for that Amie, now I can text my boyfriend even more than usual!
Better set a reminder on my phone for the 30th september so I know they've run out.0
