I have really bad pain down one side of my face from my ear down to my mouth - hurts to move or touch - not sure why, just started hurting this morning but seems to have gotten worse feels very slightly swollen but not visibly. now in a bad mood because of it.

When i won £250 i was hoping for a lot more than pillows but i guess i'm used to getting my bedding from matalan and tesco

If they do manage to make me a cuppa in the morning i'll be very pleased :j

Do you get trouble with sinus? I know when i get it i boil a cup of water and inhale the steam. If i've got olbas oil or peppermint oil in that helps too? worth a try?

My nan used to do that for us when we were little with little crystals of mentol and a few months back I went in the chemist completly forgot what they were called and asked for crystal meths :rotfl:I didnt have a clue what that was but the chemist assistant said you wont find that here lol she was laughing her head off we got there in the end though..

They are only cheap but ask for menthol crystals they clear any sinus problems. will sort you right out if your having troubles

Going to get some of those they sound good:money: Grandad brought me back a bottle of mentamint from benidorm a few years back and my god even a tiny drop makes your eyes water, fantastic for getting sinuses clear though. If i get a sinus flare up its my tooth and the side of my face/neck that always suffer.
