    Housemate has taken the only window key several days ago and has lost it so still in a stuffy room

    Housemate also had a massive go at me and made me cry and I've been in tears for over an hour in my room.

    Anyone know how I can throw away a toaster? I guess you're not meant to put it into normal bin but the website suggests that I can't take it to the tip either:
