Afternoon all !!

Postie bought me a Charles Dickens book today with no slip, have to have a look in a mo to see who to thank, cant remember entering anything like that though lol !!

Cathy Toni has gone off facebook hun, havent noticed anyone else disappear though tbh, i'm a bit like BM though, would get paranoid if I did notice so I dont look lol !!!

I really feel I must be due a decent win now, come on comping fairy, where are you !!!

I've heard very horrible things about P3 and P4 - it's the reason I did just maths and not further maths.. decision's actually interesting IMHO, but that might be the techie side of me liking that sort of thing, not sure was told I should do Maths, Further maths, computing and physics because of my grades. Did Maths, Computing, Business and General Studies (because it's the easiest exam EVER! :rotfl:) and I couldn't be happier with my choice blimey.. that was 8 years ago! :eek:

Didn't have to do general studies at my school - I did mine 5 years ago and it seems like ages!!! Did Maths, French, History and Pscyhology and Critical Thinking at AS- Level which I loved but they didn't do at A2

Lol Gemma dont be saying that, I'm scared already lol. if it comes to it I will resit but am hoping for C's in both Maths and sociology. I got an A for maths in GCSE but a levels are harder so I will be happy with a C.

same here, got an A at GCSE and then C at A-Level (should have given up at AS as I got a B for that..)

yup, I'm the same too A at GCSE Maths, C at ALevel (A's in D1 and P1, B in S1, D/E in P2.. oops :rotfl: ) sorry, I don't mean to make it sound scary, I just didn't like the pure modules and redid P1 after getting a C the first time around

technically needed a B in maths to get into Southampton but because I got 26 points anyway, they let me in (plus I was filling their "girl quota" for the department :rotfl:)

I was originally doing English but with me having probs with my hands I couldnt keep up with the amount of writing needed but I wanted to have 3 A levels and was originally umming and aahing between Sociology and General studies when I enrolled first time so thought I would do G.S this year.
