no.I went through Support with tickets about it,they havent responded apart from sending me automated messages.

Just try to keep your chin up Katie, I struggle sometimes and take things too much to heart and get upset like you do, i am sure Twitter and the Facebook group are just errors and will be soon fixed. x

I'm sure they're just overloaded with requests so they're dealing with them in order, try not to worry hun x

and please don't leave - I don't like people saying they're going because it's not the same. People come and go in life. I do hope people return but I understand and respect that they might not want to for a long time, or even at all. It doesnt mean they aren't your friend anymore and you're one of the most loved inners about so please don't leave us :cool:

katie it will probably take them more than a day to get round to sorting it out as i'm sure they are very busy - once they know you are a 'real' person and not a robot or someone trying to spam people they will sort your account out - give it a few days and it should be fine

Totally agree - Katie, you were one of the first people to be nice to me when I started posting (and when the latest SNAP thing started. Stay for the sake of us 'newbie posters' (even though I have been loitering since 2006 lol)

Oh Tulip, I was going to go to read on the sofa but just want to say please don't get disheartened. I am not on this Twitter thing, thankfully, but it seems that a lot of people are having trouble using it, not only you.

Maybe this is a blessing in disguise ..it might give you more time to enter normal comps and win...

Please don't take things to heart, it is all meant to be fun ...

good night everyone, hope I don't get any more bad news tomorrow - I can't cope

one good thing though - OH managed to get the car insurance renewal down to half the price we are paying now (and we are paying a lot!!!)

anyway hope you all enjoy the rest of your evening and see you tomorrow - hope there are more people around then as I fancy having a good chat.
