I been trying to get home ins quotes, mines gone up an extra £31! I'm only paying £25 now!

Ours tried something similar with us earlier in the year, we wanted to up the coverage as well so shopped around, ended up going with esure and got more covered to a higher value and it cost less than last year with the old lot:D

We only have contents insurance as we rent but get unlimited cover + accidental damage cover with M&S for just over £14 a month ... was with Abbey before and it went up to £24 a month when we moved here and that's with a staff discount   xx

We rent as well we upped ours to £20k coverage with accidental damage, got free coverage for hotels in uk, car boot and garden up to £5k with it and it's £53 for the year, last year we had £14k with accidental damage and it was £68 for the year. OH just said part of the reduction for this year is that esure give us a no claims reduction and the old one didn't;):D

Tesco is the best so far that I found, unlimited buildings cover, high contents & it also covers accidental damage plus I think it said something about first 6 months free for £29 month. :)

Gemma...just take some sarnies, sausage rolls, cheese, salad, fruit...stuff like that. I love going on picnics with the kids. :) Infact, I think I'll have one next week as all my family go on holiday. :(
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!
