Have an evil hospital appointment this morning and have to have a scan, really really don't want to go but I have to

No, sorry, but you can earn Nectar points. HTH.

Just sent a formal complaint to Tesco as they are consistently useless, eg for 3 weeks they had no normal stamps in (only Large ones), and yesterday's humiliation and general stupidity was the final straw.
