Hi Everyone
It's been a long time since I have been on this site. I used to regularly comment under another name.
Life has had a number of massive changes resulting in some wonderful things happening to me. Unfortunately the debt has got worse, a lot worse.
It's time to do something, it's now or never.I'm looking forward to starting to sort my issues with some of the great ideas on here.

I think you will be asked to write up a statement of affairs so it may be worth looking in to doing that.
I appreciate this is my first post but I'm in the middle of sorting my own SOA out (been lurking for a few days to get my head around of what to do). Your head will feel less tense for just doing that really.

I am just heading upstairs to start sorting through paperwork, so I will probably be back on the site in about three years - I wish I was organised.
I did an SOA about five years ago, but my circumstances have completely changed since then, so a new one is due.
