Release date of Martin's revised "Re-mortgage Guide"??

I copied this text from this MSE site, it's in relation to Martin's Guide on re-mortgaging:

"STOP PRESS FEBRUARY 2009: Massive changes in remortgage market
Since this guide was last fully rewritten, the credit crunch has hit, house prices have plummeted and the UK has hit full blown recession. This has had numerous knock on effects to the way remortgaging works. The guide is still a very good overview, but isn't 100% up to date; we're in the process of doing a full update."

Does anyone know when the revised version is due for release, or has it already been released and I just can't find it??
