small claims track

i recieved a letter back in feb from a debt recovery company saying i owed a compensation claim i had never even heard of the debt or solictors firms i had to look them up on the net. I do not owe them anything i have never in my live approach a solicitor for anything then it all went from there i found out i had a CCJ against me that has now been put aside but i still have to go to a small claims track court for two hours with no help from a representive this as been the worst 6mths iv ever had. i had to share this with someone or my head will explode elaine22
