whats the chances getting a judgement against a bank

can anyone tell me what the chances of me being able to take Barclays to court and getting a judge to rule against them.
Barclays, I believe 'illegally' by closing all my linked accounts both business and personal similtaneously despite countless appeals before hand with no reply and local branch officials on my side.
Plunged me into a situation whereby I was without any accounts and had no way to pay back anything that I owed.
The worst of it was I had never even been overdrawn for 6 years previous to that and all payments were up to date on any finance that I had.
Barclays were obviously aware of the consequences of their actions and the financial implications that it would have on me personally.
Subsequently I am £54k in unsecured debt still 3 yrs on and can't work through it with all the debts passed to several different debt collection agencies all on behalf of Barclays all still taking token jestures 3yrs down the line.
Now seriously thinking of a long overdue IVA.
I would love to be in a position to take Barclays to court just for reliqueshing their duty of care as a reponsible lender knowingly ignoring any appeals that were made at the time.
They have created their own problem and ruined my financial and personal life in the process.
They were after all getting paid before hand without any problems.
Effectively they took away my income buisiness and plunged me into a financial black hole.
There must be a Judge somewhere who would see sense and rule that what they did was totally unethical and wrong.
looking at all the problems on here It does look like they really do not care about the havoc or consequences they cause to their customers.
THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR DUTY OF CARE TO THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS AS ''RESPONSIBLE LENDERS''
SORRY FOR THE LONG WINDED FEELINGSFULL RANT TO HOW I FEEL ABOUT BARCLAYS.
I am afraid that the process would be solong and drawn out that I cannot
fiancially bare it and will have to fold and seek the IVA option.
ANY HELP OR ANSWERS FROM SIMILAR WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
