As for you all who are slating the console :P my kids enjoy playing on the games and not only do "I" think the games quite good but there's also some good deals on them right now.

i agree horses for courses
i used to have an xbox and ps2
sold the ps2 and got a gamecube to replace it
i thought the ps2 was a load of crap
it just had all of the games that my xbox did but with worse graphics
got a gamecube so that i could play some of the games that are only ever gc releases
mario and my nephews love pokemon
well love isnt the word they wont stop playing the bloomin thing

Hey I fed up with people slating the cube

It has great games out for it
Okay a lot are suited for the kids but it has great games for it and at this price its a steal
Nintendo can write good games
Mario golf and mario kart are worth getting alone
My advice get freeloader for it and buy cheap games off of ebay from usa sellers
I have about 20 imports from the states and everyone works perfectly you tell the difference
And remember Resident Evil4 is coming out in a couple of weeks in USA and Japan and thats not very child like
