Anyhow, it is a really interesting concept.
Basically, you can get a premade meal to go or you can go and make a meal to take and cook at home or you can book a class and learn skills such as knife skills pasta making etc. Obviously you can also buy a certain persons cookery products and books there too.
I think it is a brilliant idea and have already booked and done a couple of classes there which were great, although a little off putting having people wandering past watching you work but you do forget about them and concetrate on what you are doing. At either £25 or £35 for the classes they are really reasonable too.
I highly recommend the pasta making class and know that I will never buy ready made pasta again now, it is so easy to do and certainly cheaper to do at home.
The best thing is that at the moment in Clapham, there is a special opening offer of a meal for 2 for a tenner.
That is, selected main meals for 2 and a bottle of rather nice wine. Amazingly it includes 2 HUGE make your own pizzas which would ususally be £7.95 each, yet they are in the offer. You need to ensure that you have about 20 mins to make the pizzas in store though.
I bought a chicken dish meal for the offer and the taste was really scrumptious and it smelt wonderful as it was cooking. I will certainly be returning as even though I live some distance away, it is dead easy to reach from the main station. There are lots of details on the website which is http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipease/index.html

I read about this in the good food mag also. Does look an interesting concept.
I am quite interested in the pasta course you mentioned. I am only a few stops from Clapham Junction so I will look into that.0
