The first one was when I put some bulky waste out to be collected. They went to the wrong house so it wasn't collected, and when I phoned up all they would do was book another appointment two weeks later. They could process it as being their fault and make it quicker because the team had been out and so had done their job. Meanwhile I had neighbours complaining that a mattress in the garden was an eyesore. I got a letter saying sorry but there was nothing they could do.
Todays complaint is about my bus pass. When I got my new blue badge there was a box on the form to tick if you wanted the disabled bus pass too, which I ticked. A couple of weeks after I got the badge I emailed social services to see what was happening with the bus pass and was told that applications are passed onto the bus company and it should be three weeks. I've just contacted the bus company and they say they haven't had anything, but it wouldn't count anyway because it has to be the right form. So I've complained about that. Nothing'll be done, but it made me feel better!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
