I had the same fear Sam......convinced the judge would turn me away! Of course i knew I was insolvent but there was still a niggley doubt! (stupid but there you go!) In the end I didn't even see the judge at all - none of us did on the day - we were sent away for a couple of hours & when we got back the judge had signed all our orders which the clerk handed out to us & told us we could all go home - we all stood around like lemons not knowing what to do next....run for it!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

That's a good sign, but I guarantee, there'll still be another SOA on here soon, lol

Do know DH is insolvent, but its the realising bit that we struggle with, obviously not on our own thankfully
