What on earth were you doing to make the arms snap off and make you fall off the chair? I'd see the point if you were leaning your body weight on them! I've had no probs - and neither have the other people I've recommended them to.....

Doesn't sound good! I was considering getting one, but the actual seat looks thin and uncomfortable. I think it may be worth spending more on a chair.

Any further thoughts from anyone?

when i got it alot of it looked used. One of the wheels fell off and i noticed that it had just been superglued back togeather! I thought the Matrix chair was used as well but it lasted a whole year so it wasnt as bad.

I have bought two over last 3 months and both excellent. Build is good and decent quality. They are perfectly comfortable. I can't really see how the arms could fall off if the thing is put together correctly and used as intended. The build is actrually quite substantial.
