BREADCRUMBS - Recipe Ideas Please!

The other week I was very pleased with myself for not letting some bread go mouldy as I whizzed it up to make breadcrumbs. However, they are now in the freezer waiting for me to think of something to do with them!

I love making puddings, and my OH and I are meat eaters, so anything chicken or sausage or beef related would be good please!
