Hi, i am trying to remortgage my house which has two title absolute and one possesory title on it.
Does anyone have any experience on this issue or could let me know which lender would lend in these circustances.

I had one like this which I think we placed with Kuwait Bank in the end. Had to get indemnity insurance. Lender has to be sure thier loan is scured and no other entity could likely claim the asset.
