Hi everyone
Now I know you lot love a bargain so has anyone here recently seen a good priced cabin bed? The prices I have seen so far are £399 + , not sure if this is good or not?
Looking for one with some drawers underneath as my little girls are running out of room in their room.
Cheers

This one did have the mattress and bookcase etc under it, like this:

It is very nice but I was still shocked at the price but maybe I am being naive0 -

I bought one from Stompa for my dd and it cost over £600. I know that is a huge amount as it didn't even come with a mattress but I thought it would last her whole childhood. However 5 years later I found it hasn't lasted quite as well as I thought. The runners on the drawers have had to be replaced as the drawers kept falling out. Saying that, the wood is thick and still looks good and with a chest of drawers and cupboard underneath it does provide plenty of storage as well as room underneath to store the box of dolls she still keeps and a dolls house. I found there were not as many midheight cabin beds as cheap high and bunk beds. I also looked a flexa bed too. My boys have bunk beds from argos and the wooden pieces are stamped with flexa so they are good quality but much cheaper.0

The M&S Sleepstation you are looking at is very good quality, the manufacturer is Julian Bowen they also supply independant shops, the price M&S have at the minute is hard to beat. There are lots of other similar sleep stations but that is the only one I know off that is white for that price. Thuka is another manufacturer that do a white wash timber finish but they are more expensive and usualy have a fabric tent in the design. http://www.thuka.co.uk/shop/catalog/product_294_Thuka_Maxi_White_2_cat_67.html
Only one warning about M&S delivery can take a long time. I know of someone that waited 6 months on a bed.0 -
Thanks for your replies, they are really useful. Blimey I nearly chocked when I saw the price of the Thuka one - I think Argos sell a very similar one to that for a lot cheaper but thanks for the link anyway. I am pondering on going for the M&S one or waiting for the Jan sales - not sure what to do really.0

We bought this one 5 years ago now:

First we made it into a double decker with some red painted MDF then we took that off and had storage underneath now my two boys use it as bunk beds.
It has been taken down and moved from room to room about 3 times and is still as sturdy as ever.
You could buy storage to go underneath it - we tend to use this as storage:

As really easy for toys especially sets of things.
