Hand Roasted Coffee for Less at Somerfield

This morning at my local Somerfield my bargain buy was
Union Coffee Roasters Organic Mexico Chiapas 227 gms for 98p per pack
Union Coffee Roasters Brazil Lambari 227gm pack for 93p
both are ideal for cafetieres and filters.

I was given a gift of Union ground coffee and it was CRAP!!!!
Can't see past Aldi ground coffee less than £2 for 500g.

Asda are still selling Doue Egberts decaf ground coffee for £1,19 for 227g. It's lovely.

Union Coffee, particularly the Brazilian variety, is superb.

Why not buy a pack and see whether you agree with me or the earlier poster?

Even if you're disappointed, at least you'll have made some difference to a farmer somewhere.

Just had a look on the Union Coffee website for a round up of all the different varieties. They supply quite a lot of fairtrade products.

Next stop..... Somerfields. :T

I called into Fleetwood's Somerfield earlier on. (by the freeport village). They only had one version at 93p which was Revolution expresso blend. The rest were full price.

Revolution.

"enriched afternoons, dark and sultry after dinner, intense with chocolate and caramel." Classified as 5 strong.

Not bad at all.
