First post, so apologies if this is in the wrong place 
Is fatcheese reliable?
The reason I'm asking is because I signed up to a deal through them which promised £15 cashback, this was over 2 weeks ago and isn't tracking.
I've sent in a couple of claims, one after 7 days and one after 14, and had no response to either.
So it got me wondering, seeing as I'm new to all this.
