May I join please? My circumstances are going to change drastically during the next month or so. I'm changing my working hours to part time (by choice) and going to be doing something completely different so think I need to cut silly spending. Please put me down for 10 and it will give me something to focus on. Thanks. This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
Hiya BigMummaF, thanks for doing the thread again for Aug. Let us know if you want one of us to start a new thread in another month

Hi sunshine--lovely name, makes you smile just saying it
It is entirely up to you when you would like to run your challenge. A lot of folk use pay day as it's easier to work on one set of dates than try to remember what goes into which category & let's face it, saving money is difficult enough without making things even more complicated. I used to run my grocery challenge from the 25-24 because the wage earners were all paid around then, but now we're all on different dates it's a lot easier for me to do calendar months.
It's good to see the :starmod: going up on the List of Fame & there is no restriction on when you can join or pledge again so please feel free to join in the fun. Someone on here had a saying in their siggy along the lines of the only time you Fail, is when you stop trying...very, very true...so why not give us a go

Right determined to get 15 NSD's this month - I WILL be more organised.
This doesn't include DD or PAD's and I'll get off to a rubbish start as I'm using my mail vouchers - one a day to use other coupons as well and bring each day down to a lovely £1 for £7 shopbut that should have me covered for the month food wise - here's hoping. :rotfl:
Good luck everyone.0 -
