2 years after BR, then suddenly.....

Hi,

I went BR in september 2007.

All of a sudden, this week I have received 2 different debt companies chasing debts that were included in the BR.

I know that I am fine, and simply have to tell them to contact the OR, but I wonder why all of a sudden they start chasing again?

anyone have the answer?

Desperation on their part. They would have bought the debt as part of a job lot.

Yep. I expect it has just sold on again to some luckless DCA.

They buy them in bulk, so don't tend to check whether they are subject to a bankruptcy order.

Reading fruther down the board I noticed someone else had correspondance from capquest also, so they must have just bought a job lot.
