Citi Cards Harrasment

Hi Everyone
I'm after some advice regarding the harrasment letter please.
I sent a letter asking Citi Cards to make all contact in writing only, using the standard template aswell as a please re consider your refusal of my DMP.
The letter was received and signed for last Thursday, I am still receiving 2/3 calls per day, what is the next step ?
Can I put in a complaint NOW or do I have to give Citi a certain amount of time to action my request ?
Also what are the legal times that creditors can call you between ?
