Firstly a big thank you to everyone who gave advice to help make our br day easier.
me officially br at 11.40 & oh 11.44 this morning. :jFirst creditor call @ 12.30 great telling them the news - woman on the phone didn't really know what to say.:rotfl:
Just the or interview to get through. Had a quick chat with them this morning, bank accts ok, Co-op & halifax cashminder / cash card accts. Know that Halifax may close though. Car ok - on HP.
Now sitting here actually enjoying a glass of wine.
I think the worst was admitting the problem, getting all the paperwork together then filling in the forms. Made it more real. Wasn't really worried about today because of all the positive posts on here and knowing what went on in court. Made it achievable.
Thank you.:A

It's the same price but 2 x £510.00. (unless exempt from court fees). We went to CAB & got ours paid thru a charity. It took approx threee months, but we had been trying to save for over a year which wasn't really happening. So it's was such a relief when they accepted our application. 2 chqs were sent to me made to HMCS and were accepted.BSC 289A life lived in fear is a life not living!Proud to have dealt with my debts.0

It sounds horrilbe to say, but that was exactly how I felt. Still daunting but I was actually looking forward to it - probably get shot for putting that. But when you now there's only one way out you may as well look at it positively - like child birth. There's only one way out there! :rotfl:BSC 289A life lived in fear is a life not living!Proud to have dealt with my debts.0
