Full and final settlements agreement letter

Hi guys
havent posted for a while. Still trying to negotiate these full and finals. I have managed to get this offer from dlc. This is the letter that they have emailed me do you think it covers everything?

We confirm that we will accept £8200 in full and final settlement of your account as above.
Your payment must reach us by 31st of July 2009 and be paid by debit or credit card to qualify for the settlement.
Your Credit file will then updated as settled and no further collection agency will pursue you for the remaining balance.
If your payment is not received by the agreed date this offer will be withdrawn and the full balance will become due.

I hope it is I've managed to get a 60% discount.
Many thanks in advance for your advice :P

I would run this past nationaldebtline to be sure, but what concerns me is the payment method. How long does it take to clear the funds if paying by these methods? What happens if the funds get there after their deadline? Might be worth asking NDL about this too - they may have experience of this?
