Hi.We finally got it all sorted with the CSA and all payments including any arrears owed is all upto date. Could anyone tell me how long does it usually take the CSA to forward on the payment from NRP to PWC.My OH makes payments by DEO and his ex is saying that they(CSA) have told her he hasnt paid anything for a couple of months. We know that the payments have been made as his employers accountant sends us proof of payment made and that it is also stated on his wage slip.
Thanks caz:D

I am told that mine are sent every month. I understand that this is a bit hit and miss on occasions and comes through in drips and drabs. Wrote to the CSA after had a winge throught the kids from ex, they say that it is sent on as soon as they get it! Probably do now as I have made their lives more than a little difficult and asked them to explain it to a Judge!0

You should get this sorted out asap. If his employers are showing proof of payments & the CSA say they're not receiving them, then it's possible the reference number may be wrong & the money is being paid into another, possibly CSA holding account & not being credited to your OH's account.Hi.We finally got it all sorted with the CSA and all payments including any arrears owed is all upto date. Even though the problem may lie with the CSA, they won't think twice about taking further recovery action. In fact, they don't even think at all before some of their actions!
Normally, once they've received the PWC's payment, it should take no longer than a week or 2 to reach the NRP.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!)
