Can you look at my SOA and tell me what you think?

This is our first attempt at filling in SOA for BR.
As it's my partner who is going BR do I need to declare my car?
Do we need to pay court costs with cash or can we pay on one of his credit cards?
Maintenance from my ex is still unresolved and if he does pay it's not a regular dependable thing, so do I put anything?

Maintenance from my ex is still unresolved and if he does pay it's not a regular dependable thing, so do I put anything?
