    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    To be honest you havent answered my question and I most certainly dont owe you any explination for the way i use mine and my husbands income or whether i want to pay my debts or just spend spend spend
  • If you have the paperwork with the dd form and sent it back, it will take up to 2 weeks unless you have opted for the express service.

    many thanks didnt see a part for express service spoke to someone who is saying 5 days from reciept of paperwork so fingers crossed fri
