Payment arrangements

Good evening all.
Does anyone know that if your credit rating improves during paying your debts off, as in if you never once miss a payment, or does your credit rating only start to improve once all debts are paid off?
Is there any way of finding out all of the people you owe money to, and if you once had a experian account and cancelled it (due to losing account details) is it just easy to sign up again?
Thank you in advance xxx

You can get a 30 day free trial from Experian, I must have done one a while ago but didn't remember as last week I signed up and they said my details were already in the system and asked me if I wanted to re-activate my account (I was not allowed another free trial as I had already had one)
So have you tried logging in or using the 'forgotten log in?' option as they might still have your account saved and will tell you how to re-activate it?HSBC Loan [STRIKE]£5845.83[/STRIKE] £2500 Barclay Card [STRIKE]£1085.76[/STRIKE] £592.74 Barclays Overdraft [STRIKE]£1100[/STRIKE] £600
Virgin Card £273
