Well Have managed to scrape together BR fees, have had Breach notice from CCCSVA re IVA and have replied to that confirming my wish to terminate IVA...reason being change in circumstances leave payments unsustainable.
Aptly now CCSVA will notify creditors, call a meeting asking creditors weher the arranement should be terminated or if they require CCCSVA to issue a BR petition against me.....bit unsure about that bit though as I thought CCCSVA didn't petition for BR's or does it mean if a Creditor wants to petition for my BR ?

A creditor could petition for your BR however this hardly ever happens unless you owe HMRC or something like that.
Occasionally there is money left in the IVA fund to pay for your BR, have you asked the CCCSVA about this?
You tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is 'never try';)

No I haven't , only started it in September last year when payments were set at £196....paid about 3 payments I think of that before having to stop payments due to circumstances change then paid £146 of new variation payment... then had to stop payments again due to change in circumstances...and CCCSVA suggested BR was the best option.0
