Quidco amount changed, can they do that?

I purchased my wife's car insurance from ecar insurance via quidco. Transaction tracked at £70 (which was the offer). A few weeks later the status changed to validated, and then to received - all at £70.
However, the next day (17/07). I had a transaction of £60 added, the £70 was declined and the £60 went to received.
Basically, my cashback changed from £70 to £60. The current offer is £60, but it was £70 when I took out the policy.
Should I raise an enquiry, or is it not likely to change anything?

I personally would raise an enquiry..wont cost you anything to do this and you may get the £10 which i reckon you should have got anyway.0

Yes, raise an enquiry.
I don't think Cashback websites have any legal requirements to pay any cashback though.0
