Morrisons returns query

Have just been to Morrisons and am annoyed that 2 x bedsets I bought last week (new items on special offer) have been reduced by £7 each.
I really can't afford to 'waste' £14 so easily. Does anyone know what the policy is regarding returning stuff to Morrisons, ie would I get refunded for the £20 each originally paid, or the new price of £12.98?
Thanks.

I think Morrisons is like everywhere else. They are unlikely to refund you the difference, otherwise I'd be in there regularly as their food prices go up and down!
If you still have your receipt with the higher price on it you could return the sheets for a refund of what you paid. Then use this money to buy more at the cheaper price. If you have already opened them, I would buy some more at the cheaper price and return them with the old receipt.
It's only a game

Quick update: returned the items and got a full refund (though they mistakenly tried to refund just the cheaper price first).
Went back the next day to do some more shopping and got the same items at the reduced price, saving me almost £14.
Cheeky, I know but a necessity on my part.0
