Righty Oh need advice on this debit card

I'm going to be sorting my bank account over the next couple of days
But I'm starting to get rather stressed as my work can't change my payroll until August meaning that July's pay is still going to go into the account where the overdraft is going to be withdrawn from the account. What are my rights to obtaining my wages from this account. As I'm due to be going to a summer school in Nottingham on Saturday and I'm a tad worried they are going to withdraw my over draft before the two weeks
Another thing I'm worried about is that I'm going to be away when the overdraft is withdrawn (officially meaning the nasty phone calls and letters are going to start whilst I'm away. But I don't want that to happen especially as my dad is recovering from cancer
I've also still yet to receive a deflaut letter from the Halifax about my credit card which was past on the 18th June
I just want to know my rights basically
