Now I know why we want out of here so badly!! The people who live 5 doors down from us, have just catapulted, eggs, oranges and plums over into our garden  If the kids were playing outdoors, they could have been hurt by the force of these things!!
Does anyone know, we have just recently (2 weeks ago) entered into a contract with an Estate agents for the minimum of 12 weeks. Could my OH file for BR in this time, and stop paying the mortgage? Or will he be charged by this agent, if we get out of the house before the 12 weeks are up!
Can't stand it here until October

Yes this is perfectly feasable. If the fees are in your OH name then they can go into the BR
If they are in joint names then they will fal to you to pay. BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
