New to Quidco, quick question.

Just a quick question, i've recently signed up to quidco, and my first transaction was the blockbuster free trial, they apparantly pay out £7.50.

However the transaction still hasn't tracked yet, and it's been well over a week.

Also do i actually have to complete the trial and continue as a paying customer, or can i cancel before i need to pay.

Just wondered if this is a common thing, or am i going to have to raise an issue with quidco.

I also did a insurance comparision site, and got £1.50 which tracked straight away.

Just give it a bit longer. With Quidco -always clear your cache/cookies before using. If you've accessed a site o/s of Quidco previously without doing this, it won't track.

if it doesnt track open a ticket and they will investigate it for you. most have a time frame to do this but it will tell you when you open the ticket.

my blockbuster one has not tracked from last week either, you have to leave it 2 weeks or so to put a query in for a blockbuster transaction (but on merchant page states it takes a week) i think you have to be interested in the company so you will have to at least have some dvds out and returned for them to track and validate it i beleive before it is cancelled. To be honest though with the service i have had so far, think i will continue with them after the free trial as theyve been great so far.

You don't have to be a paying customer of blockbuster. Cancel before the free trial runs out. Sometimes things take a long time to track.
