Rockwell Debt collectors

I have a debt with HSBC which has been passed aroun all debt collectors, but Rockwell is the lastest,. I have 5 children and am a student , my husband is ill with M.E and is very unwell. I suffer with depression. I have been paying £ 10 per month quite happily until two day's ago when a rude young lady demanded full payment from me for the outstanding balance! I was polite and explained our circumstances have got worse not better and that we have tried to pay alot of our debts off with my husband's bursery's. We have not gone banlrupt as we are trying to repay our debts. She would not believe our financial statement and basically called us liers! I told her to take me to court, but no reply. I have been paying and not missed payments, help! I now have recieved a horrible letter , again demanding payment before action is taken. eg, balieffs! They say they are going to get a Judgement order aginst me. I thought as I have not defaulted on my monthly payments I was ok. Please help me, I am in a very low place at the moment and struggling to cope. HELP>
