recieved a leter 4 weeks ago offering chance to settle debt of 1012.00 with a one off payment of 404.80, now i recieve one with an offer of 202.40, does this mean anything not in position to pay, but i am gonna ask all of my chasers for proof of ownership of debt, as some chase for weeks then go away for a yr then back again, any help anyone
