Hello all,
I'm looking for a bit of advice and i'm not sure who to speak to.
I have some debt that I would like to pay off asap. I have a final salary pension that I had been contributing into for five years until 2005 when i left the company.
Would I be able to get the money that I contributed back as a lump sum to pay off the debts? I already have a SIPP with Hargreaves & Lansdown and a Non Contributary pension with my current employer so I feel that I am OK in that respect.
I am also still in 20s.
Look forward to hearing your replies.

OK that's fine, I thought I would though as I was entitled to take the contributions I made in another pension.0

You can only do that if you leave a final salary scheme before 2 years employment are up.Trying to keep it simple...
