MBNA lump sum offers?

I am just entering a DMP with PayPlan, but have been making token payments to MBNA since May.

I owe them about 11K, they have called me and said they would take 7K (about 70%) as a lump sum.

Funnily enough, I have exactly zero available to give them.

My mum may possibly be able to help, but certainly not to the tune of 7K. Does anyone have any idea of what they might accept?

Thank you.
