can I freeze..

Can I freeze whole cherries with the stone still in? Will they be easy to de-stone when defrosted? (I don't have a cherry stoner so I'd have to cut them in half to de stone and risk loosing lots of juice )

Also I made banoffee pies today (digestives and butter base, toffee, mash bannana and cream whipped with a touch of icing sugar) do we think they would hold up ok to freezing?

Banoffee pie freezes fine. I have done it. I usually make a really big one. Chop it into individual pieces and freeze so that my dd doesn't eat it all at once.
Cherries. you don't need a stoner. Just hold the cherry over a bowl and squeeze the stone out. I stone them all before I freeze. It is a bit of a pain. Oh and wear latex gloves while you do it or you will have black hands for days. If you are stoning them after you freeze then they will be all squashed anyway so I don't suppose it matters which way you go on it.
