has your brother taken advice from one of the free debt charities? if they recommend BR, then it is unlikely to be refused by the judge.

    lol Bother not brother.

Yes im paying my 1st payment this month to cccs . They recomemended bankrupcy but i wanted a dmp but now im wondering. Im just worring that they will look at what ive spend on and go ... ur kid didnt need that amount of clothes or that amount of toys (i was excessive tbh). Do u need to provide bank statements or do they just look thru the whole of the last few years. I seen sum1 says they only look thru 12 months?

Sorry, danger of not reading properly!

They will ask for 12 months statements, but they can obtain more from your bank/credit card company if they wish.
