Lloyds TSB/DCA

Hi folks.
I am curious on the letters we receive from Lloyds tsb, as we are paying token payments as advised by the CCCS at the moment to all of our creditors of all are those of Lloyds TSB, it has been three months now paying the £1 token payments to them.
Even though they confirm on their letters that these have been passed on to DCA departments, why do we still receive the letters from the collections department then?
They have also issued us with 2 defaults on the 2 loans, and received the one solicitors letter in regards of the one loan, however I have requested information to be sent to us in this respect, it is similar to a SAR but called a CPR, this one is free and they must still comply.
Thanks folks.

It sounds like your debts are still with LTSB collections (brighton?). Sechiari et al are just another bit of Lloyds so don't worry sbout letters from them. It takes about six months of token payments before the debt works its way through to one of their dcas like bls collections in Oxford. The offer should be formally accepted then.0
