Items from catalogue and BR

What is the position on items ordered from a catalogue that we were paying for?
Will they ask for it back now that we are BR?
It cost about £265 and we had paid £42 of it. It was to be paid for over months interest free. I listed them as a creditor on the BR forms.
Thank you

doubtful they'll ask for it back NEVER known it happen in the past...didnt with me TBH (the OR would only be interested if you'd max'ed out the account a short time before your BR)We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

No it wasn't maxed out it was the only item we ordered at £265 but it was in April and then we went BR in July. My OH was working in April and £20 a month was nothing to us or so we thought!

I have agoraphobia and my OH got me a treadmill so I could exercise at home.Look down your nose at me and I thumb my nose back at you.

The OR could argue the fact you took on more credit while insolvent...still very much doubt anything would be done thoughWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

Oh dear, I do hope not. OH was getting paid lots and lots of cash at that time, we just didn't realise things would get so bad so quickly.Look down your nose at me and I thumb my nose back at you.

Alot of my debts were owed to catalogues and the OR never mentioned anything about the things I had bought from them.0
