Mortgage & Secured Loan

Hi,
My husband and I went Bankrupt on 2nd July, we are in negative equity and hoping to buy back the BI in our home. We haven't informed either the mortgage or the secured loan company of our bankruptcy as we are up to date with payments for both and have got enough money to keep uptodate in future. Should we have told them of our bankruptcy or not?
Thanks,
Poodle

No, it's not necessary, the OR will do that but everything will carry on as normal.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
