Bankruptcy would stay at 12mnths (unless you didnt co-operate with the receiver...then your discharge would be stopped till further notice ) worse case you'd receive a BRO/BRU for your gambling past which means you'd still be discharged at 12mnths just some of the restrictions would still be in place for UP TO 15yrs...
