Confusing, says to get form from store but provides no details of which stores participating in my area -cardiff,
three proofs of purchase of panteene products
and send details to swansea before november 2006.

Not meaning to put a dampner on this, but i posted about this a few weeks ago, couldn't get the link to work and when i called the helpline they never rang me back grrrr. Hope u have more luck than i. :mad:
